Performance Leadership is our flagship one-one coaching program, crafted for executive suite members, senior leaders, future leaders, creatives and public figures who aspire to lead with impact.
This six-session journey focuses on enhancing leadership through the power of effective communication. We blend actionable theory with immersive practice, offer personalised feedback and deliver coaching that drives real, lasting growth.
With a structured yet highly tailored approach, you’ll develop confidence in your unique communication style, mastering both your strengths and challenges.
Session one identifies your current communications defaults and introduces the foundation stones of the PERFORMANCE LEADERSHIP model.
Session two explores the five elements of spoken communication – body, voice, breath, energy and mindset.
Session three introduces the story structure and techniques to bring your content to life and make it memorable.
Session four focuses on what you want your audience to Think, Feel & Do as a result of your communication.
Session five explores the art of relationship building, coaching, questioning techniques and effective one-one meetings with practice.

TRANSACTIONAL ANALYSIS:
COMMUNICATING IN ADULT
Transactional Analysis, is a psycho-analytical tool which tries to deepen our understanding of human transactions in communication. This online, small group session introducing leaders to the principals of communicating as a peer in ‘Adult to Adult’ conversations across a range of communication scenarios.
Fear not, it may sound complicated but this is a simple and accessible introduction to the model with a series of practical techniques and interactive exercises that can improve the quality of your communication.
